OneNote edit bar placement

In OneNote for iOS, the position and behavior of the edit bar (toolbar) cannot be customized. The app places the toolbar at the top of the Notebooks/Sections/Pages views and at the top of the notes page, and there is no setting to:

• Move the edit bar from bottom to top or vice versa
• Make the edit bar appear only on demand

Available OneNote for iOS options are limited to items like Quick Notes, Edit & View, Sync, Notifications, and Navigation, and do not include toolbar placement or auto-hide controls.

To review the available settings on iPhone:

1. Open OneNote.
2. Tap the ellipsis (…) in the upper-right corner.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Review Edit & View and Navigation options, but note that toolbar placement is not configurable.

If the current behavior is problematic, the only available action is to submit feedback to Microsoft via the app’s settings so the product team can consider adding such an option in future versions.
