Hi there,

I'm trying to get into my email (******@hotmail.com) I've done all the questionnaire you have asked me to do, but still says you determined that the information is not sufficient for you to validate. So I NEED Help, I need to get into the account as it connected to all my accounts!

Because the recovery form was already completed and was rejected as insufficient, only the official self-service recovery options can be tried again; support cannot override them or manually grant access.

    Follow these steps in order:

    1. Use the Sign-in Helper first
Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and use the Sign-in Helper tool: Sign-in Helper.
      • Use this if the username or password has stopped working or is not recognized.
      • If the account has not been used for more than 2 years, it may have been deleted and cannot be reopened.
    2. Check if two-step verification is enabled
      • If two-step verification was turned on and none of the verification methods (phone, alternate email, authenticator app) are accessible, support cannot reset the password or change security details. In that case, the account cannot be recovered.
      • If two-step verification is not turned on and none of the verification options are recognized, use the Sign-in Helper again as instructed above.
    3. Retry the Microsoft account recovery form with maximum detail
If the Sign-in Helper directs to the recovery form again, improve the submission before retrying:
      • Use a working email address that can receive messages; this is only used to contact about the recovery request.
      • Submit the form from a device, browser, and location that were regularly used with the Hotmail/Outlook.com account.
      • Provide as many accurate details as possible (old passwords, folder names, recent contacts, subject lines, etc.).
Microsoft reviews the form and responds within about 24 hours.
    4. If the account is blocked rather than rejected
If the message indicates the Outlook.com account is blocked due to unusual activity, follow the steps in Unblock my Outlook.com account linked from the Hotmail sign-in article.
    5. If the account has been inactive for more than 2 years
If there has been no sign-in for more than two years, the account may have been deleted and cannot be reopened or recovered.

If repeated recovery attempts continue to be rejected and there is no access to any verification method, the account and its data cannot be restored, and new contact details will need to be used for other services going forward.
