Phone calls cannot be placed directly, but Microsoft support can call back after a request is created.

To get a support call for help with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, or Windows:

1. Go to the Microsoft Support "Get Help" page for home users: select Get Help on this page: Customer service phone numbers.
2. Describe the problem (for example, what kind of ad or issue needs help).
3. When support options appear, choose Chat or Request a call (phone support). If Request a call is available, enter a phone number and support will call back.

If phone support is preferred by country/region instead of online:

1. Open Help with Microsoft Store purchases: Help with Microsoft Store purchases.
2. Scroll to the region list and select the country/region to see the Microsoft Store Sales Support phone number.
3. Call the listed number and follow the prompts to reach support.
