How do i remove the DATE sorting of a shared album

In a personal OneDrive shared album or folder, change the sort order from date to name in the web interface:

1. Sign in to OneDrive on the web with the personal Microsoft account.
2. Open My files and browse to the shared folder/album that contains the photos.
3. Switch to List view if needed (using the View options on the top menu bar).
4. To sort by file name instead of date, do either of the following:
   • Click the Name column header, then choose A to Z or Z to A.
   • Or select Sort (upper-right), then choose Name as the sort field.

This removes date-based sorting and organizes the items by file name instead. In a personal OneDrive account, the chosen sort order can be saved for that folder by using Sort and then Save sort order where available.

Note: These sort options apply to the folder view in OneDrive on the web. The special Photos view aggregates photos and has its own behavior, so use the folder (My files → Pictures or the specific shared folder) when controlling sort by name.
