Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
For Microsoft 365 consumer subscriptions and other Microsoft Store purchases, receipts and tax invoices are obtained from the Microsoft account pages used to make the payments.
For Microsoft 365 subscriptions (home/personal):
- Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account used for the subscription.
- Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
- Find each Microsoft 365 or Clipchamp/Microsoft 365–included plan entry.
- Select Manage to open details, then use Billing history (or Payment & billing > Order history) to view and download receipts for each billing period.
For Microsoft Store purchases (apps, games, one‑time Office, etc.):
- Sign in to Order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with the same Microsoft account used for the purchases.
- Locate each order in the list (adjust the Ordered within time range if needed).
- Select Order detail for each order.
- If available in the region, select Tax invoice to download the tax invoice/receipt. Tax invoices typically become available 48 hours to 5 days after purchase.
For Microsoft 365 business/organization subscriptions (if applicable):
- In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Billing > Billing and payments.
- For each invoice, use the context menu next to the invoice ID.
- If available in the jurisdiction, select Download tax receipt.
Make sure to repeat the steps for each Microsoft account that might have been used, so all receipts needed for tax refund purposes are collected.
