Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To speak with a representative about making a payment on a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, contact Microsoft support using one of these options:
- For home subscriptions like Microsoft 365 Personal, go to the Microsoft support contact page for home products and choose chat or request a call back from a technical support expert: use the "Chat or receive a call back from a technical support expert" option described here: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact.
- Alternatively, use the general Office support flow:
- Go to the Office support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact.
- Make sure to sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
- Select the product category for Microsoft 365 & Office.
- Choose a billing or subscription topic (for example, “Manage my subscription” or “Billing and Payment updates”).
- Select the option to chat with a support agent or request a call back.
If the subscription was purchased through a third party (such as a retailer, mobile carrier, Apple, or Google), payment changes may need to be handled through that third party, as described in the guidance for third‑party Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
For accessibility or disability-related assistance, the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk is also available for technical support.
