Why is it impossible to complain to Microsoft?

Over a month ago I set up a new email for a company I run. The set up crashed part way through leaving me in a weird situation where I cannoty login (authenticator doesnt work but is the only way to login).

I can't book a service call online, as you need to be logged in to do that. Ive managed to speak with reps twice and book service calls but no one ever fixes the issue or calls me back.

Currently, I have missed a month of emails for my company, and it's impossible to do anything with Microsoft.
