The repeated sign-in loop usually happens because of browser security/cookie settings or using different account types during authentication.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Update browser security/cookie settings (especially Edge/Internet Explorer)
      • Make sure these sites are not in the Trusted sites list, or that all of them are there together so cookies can be shared correctly:
        1. microsoft.com
        2. support.microsoft.com (and any subdomains)
        3. login.live.com
        4. login.microsoftonline.com
      • After adjusting the Trusted sites list, close all browser windows and sign in again. This fixes most “redirect back to the same sign-in page” loops.
    2. If using a personal Microsoft account
      • Go to https://login.live.com/ and sign in successfully there first.
      • In a new tab, go to support.microsoft.com and try to access support again.
    3. If using a work/school (Microsoft Entra ID) account and blocked by MFA after many attempts
      • Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication may temporarily block sign-in after repeated attempts.
      • Wait and try again later, or use a different MFA method if one is configured.
      • If the issue persists, contact the organization’s IT administrator and ask them to review Microsoft Entra sign-in logs and MFA configuration.
    4. If still unable to reach support
      • Use any working Microsoft account (personal or work/school) to sign in and then use the Contact Support/Get Help flow on the Microsoft Support site to reach a support agent.

If the account itself cannot be accessed (for example, locked or password cannot be changed), follow the appropriate “get help with your Microsoft account” or work/school account password help from the referenced articles below.
