I have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription - under a user profile can i have more than one email addresses and inboxes?

A Microsoft 365 Family subscription does not change how many email addresses or inboxes a single Microsoft account can have. Each person using the subscription has:

• One primary Microsoft account (one main email address/sign-in).
• Optionally, additional aliases (extra email addresses) that can deliver mail into the same mailbox, not separate inboxes.

Separate inboxes require separate accounts/mailboxes. Those can be:

• Other Microsoft accounts (each with its own email address and mailbox), or
• Additional email accounts added in an email client (for example, Outlook app configured with multiple accounts).

The Family subscription lets the owner share Microsoft 365 apps and services with up to five other people, but each person still has their own account and mailbox. It does not provide multiple independent mailboxes under a single user profile.

Note: Some older Outlook.com Premium features such as multiple personalized aliases per mailbox are not supported in Microsoft 365 Family.
