I have not been able to get emails since 19 February. I have talked with several techs and have opened Outlook, but have no recent emails (19 February). This has cost my $400 in late rent because I can't get the code from rent or programs.

I have been on the computer and on the phone with several techs and still have the problem. Is there no way you can look into my computer and solve the problem?

There is no way for support agents or this service to remotely access a computer or directly fix the mailbox. However, there are several checks that can be done to restore email flow.

    1. Confirm the account is not blocked and storage is not full
      • If using Outlook.com, sign in to the mailbox in a web browser (Outlook.com).
      • If sign-in fails or shows that the account is blocked because of unusual activity, follow the steps in Unblock my Outlook.com account and use the Sign-in Helper: Sign-in Helper.
      • If sign-in works, check that mailbox and cloud storage are not full. If either Outlook.com mailbox or OneDrive storage is full, sending and receiving email stops until space is freed.
    2. If using Outlook.com and still cannot send/receive
      • Follow the guidance in Can't send or receive email in Outlook.com:
        • Verify the account password is correct and updated everywhere it is used.
        • If the account was recently blocked or had unusual sign-in activity, complete the unblock flow.
        • If only one device (for example, the PC with Outlook) is not syncing, remove and re-add that device or profile so it can resync with the mailbox.
    3. If using Outlook for Windows (desktop app)
      • If the password was changed on the email provider’s website after 19 February, update it in Outlook:
        1. In new Outlook, select the icon next to the email account name.
        2. When the sign-in pop-up appears, select Continue.
        3. Enter the new password and complete the prompts.
      • If the email provider requires an app password, generate that on the provider’s site and use it in Outlook instead of the normal password.
    4. If Outlook opens but shows no new mail after 19 February
      • Sign in to the same account via webmail (for example, Outlook.com).
        • If new messages appear on the web but not in Outlook, the issue is with sync on that device. Remove and re-add the email account/profile in Outlook so it can download all recent mail again.
        • If no new messages appear on the web either, the account itself is not receiving mail. In that case, focus on the Outlook.com/account checks above (unblock, storage, sign-in helper).
    5. When self-service steps are not enough
      • For Outlook.com accounts, use the in-product Help to contact support: select Help in Outlook.com, enter the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and choose Yes to reach support options.
      • If sign-in is not possible, use the dedicated link for Outlook.com support from the Unblock my Outlook.com account article.

Remote access to the computer is not provided through these support channels, but following the unblock, storage, password, and sync steps above typically restores email delivery.
