Hello LinkedIn Support,

I reported my account and the restriction was not lifted so i request you to consider my request again.

My account has been restricted, and I received a message stating that it does not comply with LinkedIn’s Professional Community Policies or User Agreement. However, I am not aware of any action that violates these policies. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could clarify which specific policy was violated or what activity led to this restriction. I am willing to correct any unintentional issue and fully comply with LinkedIn’s guidelines.

Furthermore i got a notification that someone try to login my account from somewhere. I received a email verification code as well. I thought my account is compromised and request you to check with this.

As you know LinkedIn is the only platform for professional growth and right now I’m in critical phase of life where I'm looking to start my career.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Account and content restrictions on Microsoft properties, including LinkedIn and Microsoft Learn, can be triggered automatically by spam and abuse detection systems. These systems may sometimes incorrectly flag legitimate activity such as repeated posts, screenshots, or other content as spam or policy violations.

From the available information, similar situations have been resolved only by direct review and intervention from support or moderators, who then unsuspend or reinstate the affected account once they confirm it was mistakenly flagged. Automated systems do not lift these restrictions on their own.

To move forward, the appropriate action is to continue working with the official support channel handling the existing case so that the account can be manually reviewed again. During that review, support can:

    1. Confirm whether the restriction was caused by automated spam or abuse detection.
    2. Validate identity and investigate any suspicious sign-in attempts.
    3. Clarify which policy or guideline (if any) was actually violated.
    4. Remove the restriction if the account was flagged in error.

If the account is restored, it is important to avoid behavior that can trigger automated filters, such as:

    • Repeated or near-duplicate posts or comments.
    • Posting many screenshots or links in a short time.
    • Any activity that could resemble spam or automated behavior.

If there is no access to the restricted account to open or follow up on the case, the only supported path is to contact support again (for example, by using another account solely to reach support, as shown in similar resolved cases) and reference the existing case ID so that the investigation can continue.
