    Hi Najera, Frida,

Based on what you described, it appears that Microsoft Sway is currently not loading as expected. I’ve also received several similar reports recently, which suggests that the issue may be affecting multiple users.

I completely understand how frustrating this can be, and I truly appreciate your patience. Our back-end team is aware of the situation and is actively investigating the issue.

If you are using a business or school account, you may also check or report the issue directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by accessing Service health. From there, you can select “Report an issue” and complete the short form. This helps the Microsoft service team review related diagnostic data and reports from other organizations to determine how widespread the issue is and whether it originates from the service.

I genuinely want to help you, but as a moderator, my access to resources is limited, and reporting through the admin portal helps ensure the issue reaches the appropriate team for faster and more accurate investigation.

I will also keep monitoring the situation and update you if I receive any new information.

Thank you very much for your time and cooperation.
