Having trouble for the last week now using Sway - cannot upload pictures to the platform!

    Based on your description, you cannot upload pictures to Sway platform.

    For better understanding your situation, could you please provide some information as:

    Does it appear any error code or message when you cannot upload picture?

    Does that issue occur with one specific picture or for all pictures?

    Which version or Sway are you using (Desktop app or web version)?

    In the meantime, you also should check your connect network and the size of the picture which uploaded.

    The slower the connection and the bigger the image, the less likely it is to succeed. You can try uploading a smaller version of the image or wait till your connection is moving faster.
