My aol.com mail is going in my junk email and not my inbox. How can I fix this?

Do the following in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web to stop AOL messages going to Junk:

    1. Open your Junk Email folder, select any AOL messages that should be in Inbox, and choose It’s not junk. This moves them back to Inbox and helps train the filter.
    2. Add the AOL address (or domain) to Safe senders so future mail goes to Inbox:
      • Select Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email.
      • Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender and enter the AOL email address (for example, ******@aol.com) or aol.com.
      • Select OK, then Save.
    3. Make sure the AOL address or domain is not blocked:
      • In the same Junk email settings page, look under Blocked senders and domains.
      • If the AOL address or aol.com appears there, select it and then select the delete (trash) icon to remove it.
    4. Check for rules that might be moving AOL mail to Junk or Deleted Items:
      • Go to Settings > Mail > Rules (or Inbox rules).
      • Edit or delete any rule that sends AOL messages to Junk or deletes them.

After these changes, new AOL messages should start arriving in Inbox instead of Junk.
