The start date in individual plan is incorrect on portfolio view

The start date of my plans, within a portfolio, are showing as when they were uploaded. I need these to show the actual plan start date but have been unable to change these.

The plan is showing the correct start date, this just isn't pulling through to the portfolio view.

1/ Check the Project start date

  • Open your project in Microsoft Project and go to the Project tab on the ribbon.
  • Click Project Information
  • In the window that appears, review the following fields:

    • If the Start Date does not match the actual project start, update it to the correct date and click OK.

    In Planner portfolios, the Start date shown for each plan row is a read-only field that is pulled from the underlying premium plan and cannot be edited in the portfolio itself.
