How to I find my six digit one time code

In Microsoft Authenticator, the 6‑digit one-time password (OTP) code is shown on the account entry itself when that account is configured for codes.

To locate it:

1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on the phone.
2. On the main screen, look for the account used for Disney onboarding (for example, the work/school or personal account tied to that login).
3. Tap that account.
4. If the account is configured for OTP, a line labeled something like One-time password code will appear, showing a 6‑digit code and a countdown timer. Use that 6‑digit code on the Disney onboarding sign-in page before the timer expires.
5. If no code appears for that account (no “one-time password code” line), the account may not be set up for OTP codes in Authenticator. In that case, another method (such as push notification approval or a different MFA method) may be required, or the MFA registration for that service may need to be reset by the service’s support team.

If the account is a Microsoft 365 work/school account and the Authenticator app is already configured, the same 6‑digit code shown under that account in Authenticator is what should be entered wherever a 6‑digit verification or OTP code is requested.
