    Welcome Sarah D!

From what you shared, I understand that the OurTime website on your Windows device is being blocked, and you were recommended to clear your browser’s cache and cookies as a first troubleshooting step.

To help determine the best next steps, could you please clarify the following:

    1. Which browser are you using?

    1. What is the exact error message shown when the site is blocked?

A screenshot would be helpful. For your security and privacy, please make sure to hide any personal information.

Below are steps to clear cache, cookies, and browsing data in Microsoft Edge, since that is the default browser on current Windows versions. If using a different browser, similar options exist under its Settings → Privacy/History section.

    1. Open Microsoft Edge.
    2. Select Settings and more (three dots in the upper-right corner).
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Go to Privacy, search, and services.
    5. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear next to Clear browsing data now.
    6. Under Time range, choose All time (or another range if preferred).
    7. Check at least:
      • Cookies and other site data
      • Cached images and files
    8. Select Clear now.
    9. Close Edge completely, reopen it, and try the site again.

If only cookies need to be cleared, the same dialog can be used, or cookies for a specific site can be removed:

    1. In Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
    2. Select Cookies, then See all cookies and site data.
    3. Search for the site name.
    4. Expand the site entry and select Delete.

This removes cached data and cookies that might be causing the site to be blocked or behave incorrectly.
