Hello,

I registered for the LinkedIn Premium Student offer on February 25, 2026, but I have not received the activation link yet. I checked my inbox and spam folders.

Could someone please let me know how long it takes to receive the link or how to resend it?

Thank you.

The activation email for the LinkedIn Premium student offer should normally arrive within a few days of eligibility/registration. When it does not appear, the most common causes are:

    1. The email is present but not visible in a specific client or device.
      • In a similar case, the offer email did not show in the mobile Gmail app but was visible when checking the same mailbox from a desktop browser.
      • Sign in to the same email account on a desktop or laptop browser and check Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions/Other (if using Gmail or similar), and any custom folders or rules.
    2. The email is delayed or filtered.
      • Continue to monitor the mailbox for a few days after registration.
      • If using a university or work address, check with the institution’s IT to ensure messages from LinkedIn/Microsoft are not being blocked or quarantined.

If the email still does not arrive after checking from a desktop browser and waiting a reasonable period (for example, a week from registration), contact LinkedIn support using the contact options in LinkedIn Help so they can verify eligibility and re‑send or otherwise assist with the offer.
