Product Key for Office Professional Plus 2019 Purchased through Microsoft Home Use Program

The product key for Office Professional Plus 2019 obtained through the Microsoft Home Use Program (now Microsoft Workplace Discount Program) is required for reinstalling, and it is not shown in the standard Microsoft account “Services & subscriptions” view.

For older Office Professional Plus purchases through the Workplace Discount Program, the product key can be viewed on the Order Details page associated with that program account. The documented recovery path is:

1. Use the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program/ Home Use Program order details to view the key. For help, see Get your Workplace Discount Program product key from the Workplace Discount Program support article referenced in the documentation.
2. If access to the original Workplace Discount Program email account is no longer possible (for example, because the employer account was disabled), and the Order Details page cannot be reached, there is no supported way in the documentation to retrieve or re‑expose that product key elsewhere (it is not available in the consumer Microsoft account dashboard).

If the key or order details cannot be recovered via the Workplace Discount Program flow, the documented options are to install a different Office product that is associated with a personal Microsoft account, or to obtain a new license.
