To reach a human agent for Microsoft 365/Office subscription issues, use one of these supported paths:
- For Microsoft 365 home subscriptions (Basic, Personal, Family, Premium)

- If already an admin on a Microsoft 365 tenant, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select Help & Support, and create a service request so a support engineer can call back.

- If standard paths are blocked by sign-in or phone menu loops
- Create a temporary trial Microsoft 365 tenant (business trial) using the public “Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft” sign-up link referenced in similar guidance.
- Sign in to the new tenant’s Admin Center.
- Use Help & Support to open a ticket and request that the support team assist with the original subscription/account, explaining that access is blocked.
