Microsoft cannot disclose or look up another person’s email address, including a family organizer’s, and there is no supported way to have Microsoft send that organizer’s email to anyone.
To change family relationships (for example, to stop supervising a child account or to free an account so it can join a different family), the documented option is to manage consent and family settings directly on the family page:
- Go to the Microsoft family management page:
https://account.live.com/mykids.aspx. - On that page, manage or remove the parental consent/relationship for the child account so the account is no longer supervised in that family.
- After consent is removed, the account becomes free of that family group.
- If the account’s age is set to less than 16 years, some restrictions may still apply.
If access to that page is not possible or the organizer relationship cannot be changed there, the only remaining supported path is to contact Microsoft account support and work with them using the standard self‑help and support flows, but they still will not reveal the organizer’s email address.
