How to recovery 2FA Authenticator

Hello,

I used to have Microsoft Authenticator App in my old mobile phone I lost last week. I had all my airlines accounts two factor authentication there. I did not have time to backup, suddenly my mobile completly died. How can I recover all my airlines accounts(British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Logan Air and Vueling) 2FA I used to have in the other phone.

Hello Jefferson,
If you lost your phone and didn’t back up Microsoft Authenticator, the 2FA entries can’t be restored automatically, so recovery must be done per airline account by proving ownership and re‑enrolling MFA. Microsoft confirms that without cloud backup, authenticator codes are not recoverable, and you must sign in again and set up MFA on a new device (see Microsoft Authenticator backup and recovery guidance: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/authenticator/restore-account-credentials-from-microsoft-authenticator). For each airline, go to their official account recovery or contact support pages to remove or reset 2FA after identity verification
