Could I ever use OneDrive with a Skype legacy account? ( no email or phone number attached)

A Skype legacy account without an email or phone number attached cannot be used to sign into OneDrive. OneDrive accounts are typically linked to Microsoft accounts, which require an email address or phone number for authentication. If you have a Skype account, it may be associated with a Microsoft account, but without an email or phone number, you would not be able to access OneDrive services.
