I am the administrator of a new microsoft 365 license. how to uninstall an office or microsoft version, in my laptop nothing appears installed

As mentioned, I have a laptop that was repaired from mechanical issues between the body and the monitor. For around 7 years, I have been the administrator of a family's Microsoft 365. On my laptop, it can´t be installed; the message says that another installation is present. I have nothing in the machine
