System Mechanic is flagging my Microsoft 365 update as containing

The name is TR/Mediyes.Gen and the path is long, but ends in office16\AI\aimgr.exe

Running Windows 11 (upgrade) on a Dell PC, with a Microsoft 365 family subscription.

I have the option to restore or delete, and I feel like restore is probably the proper action because it is coming from Microsoft downloads, but I'm leery.

Should I just restore it from the quarantine spot?
