If you are experiencing double billing for Microsoft 365 products, it's important to address this issue directly with Microsoft Support. Since this forum does not have access to account-specific information, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support to resolve the issue. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support site and following the instructions for contacting support.

To get in touch with a live person, you can follow these steps:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent.

Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option to provide your contact information for a callback from support.
