I accidentally deleted instagram account from 2FA and now i'm locked out.

I have accidentally deleted instagram account from 2fa and now when i'm trying to login it asks for 2fa code or backup code. Help me out please.

Microsoft has no control over this. You can try backup codes (including via a previously linked Facebook account in Meta Accounts Center) but the best course of action is to start Instagram’s official recovery flowfor identity verification—this is the only supported way to regain access when the authenticator is deleted
