So ive gone through so many phones in a phase of my life in which I took out my anger on my phones. Ive had the Microsoft authenticator before which I used to provide authentication codes to my accounts but in the last incident I had with the phone that had my authenticator app with all accounts on it that I have no longer been able to, im locked out of them. Is there a way to recover the accounts?

If you are locked out of your accounts due to losing access to the Microsoft Authenticator app, there are a few steps you can take to recover access:

    1. Alternative Verification Methods: Check if you have set up any alternative verification methods (like SMS or email) for your accounts. If you can access these methods, you might be able to log in without needing the Authenticator app.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are the only global administrator and cannot access your accounts, you may need to contact Microsoft Data Protection Support. Explain your situation and request assistance in resetting your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. You can reach them by phone and ask to escalate your request if necessary.
    3. Temporary Account Creation: If you are unable to reach support directly, consider creating a temporary account (trial tenant) to submit a support ticket on behalf of your original account. This may allow you to access the admin console and request help from the Data Protection team.
    4. Recovery Options: If you have previously set up recovery options or backup codes, try using those to regain access to your accounts.
    5. Documentation: Be prepared to provide any necessary documentation or information that proves your identity and ownership of the accounts when contacting support.

These steps can help you regain access to your accounts after losing your previous authenticator codes.
