Hi,

I would like to merge my Microsoft Certifications accounts, currently I have the primary one with having ID: MS0991062796. Can you please combine the following two accounts into my primary account?

  • MS0993041409
  • MS0992503211

Thank you,
Alishan Ali

To merge your Microsoft Certifications accounts, you can follow the process outlined for merging profiles. Here are the steps you should take:

    1. Choose a primary profile: Sign into your primary account (the one with ID: MS0991062796).
    2. Add the other accounts: In the login account management section, select "add login account" and sign in to the accounts you want to merge (MS0993041409 and MS0992503211). This will trigger the profile merge process.
    3. Confirmation: Wait for a confirmation that the accounts have been merged. You should see a green banner indicating the successful merge.
    4. Check your progress: After merging, all your learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from the merged accounts will be combined into your primary account.

Please note that merging profile data cannot be undone, so ensure that you want to proceed with this action.

If you encounter any issues or if you do not have access to the accounts you wish to merge, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
