I had purchased Surface headphones 2 and the ear cups are disintigrating. How can I get replacement cups for the headphones?

I had purchased the Surface headphones 2 a two or so years ago, and the ear pieces are falling a part and the foam is exposed and the grey fabric is peeling off. I have used them sparingly for personal and some work use, but not heavily. Is there any way to get replacement ear cups? I love the headphones and would like to continue to use them in the future, but for the price I paid, would expect some support as they have been very lightly used. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can reach them at support.microsoft.com or by calling 1-800-642-7676. Explain that the ear cups are degrading prematurely despite light use and ask if they can do anything under goodwill or a device support claim. Ask them on availability of grey ear pads.

You can get replacement ear pads for your Surface Headphones 2+. Microsoft offers these as replacement parts. You can find more information about obtaining them through the official support page for Surface Headphones.
