Hi,

Our Tenant has been locked out for 10 days, we created the ticket 10 days ago and no further response from Data Protection Team after the ticket transfer. We’ve created another but no one ever called back. We call the support team serval times, but they said the engineer was unresponsive and they’ve contacted the duty manager for escalation. However, we no longer get any response. Anyone here can help to see what happen, is there any way to escalate(or increase the severity) or tell what had happened to our case? Thank you very much. Can Raja Pothuraju help? Thanks

Due to the urgency of this matter, we We accept calls or any other form of communication 24 hours all day, at any time, regardless of time zone, holidays, or working hours despite the location of ticket creation.

It seems you are experiencing a significant delay in getting a response from the Data Protection Team regarding your tenant lockout. In situations like this, it is crucial to ensure that you are following up consistently with Microsoft support. Here are some steps you might consider:

    1. Escalation: When you contact support, explicitly ask to escalate your ticket. You can mention that it has been 10 days without a response and emphasize the urgency of your situation.
    2. Contacting Different Channels: If you have only been using phone support, consider trying other support channels such as online chat or email, if available. Sometimes different teams may have more immediate responses.
    3. Document Everything: Keep a detailed record of all your interactions with support, including dates, times, and names of representatives you spoke with. This can be helpful if you need to escalate further.
    4. Social Media: Sometimes reaching out via social media platforms like Twitter can yield quicker responses from support teams, as companies often monitor these channels closely.
    5. Community Forums: Engaging in Microsoft community forums may also provide additional insights or assistance from other users who have faced similar issues.

Unfortunately, without direct access to your ticket or account details, I cannot provide specific updates on your case. I recommend continuing to follow up with Microsoft support until you receive the assistance you need.
