Global admin role is visible but cannot be signed.

2. Check Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
   • If PIM is enabled, navigate to Azure AD → Privileged Identity Management → Roles → Global Administrator.
   • See if the role requires activation or approval.
3. Ensure MFA is enabled
   • Global Admin assignment requires MFA. Make sure your account has MFA configured.
