Hello,

We are continuing to receive Azure usage charges incurred as of 2/18 after we cancelled our Azure subscription on 1/6/2026. I am unable to see billing details and invoices in the account due to limits on my account permissions. Please let me know if you have any questions and I can forward them do you. Thanks!

If you are receiving Azure usage charges after canceling your subscription, it is important to note that Azure typically closes your billing cycle within 72 hours after cancellation. This means that you might receive a final invoice for usage incurred during the last billing cycle, which can occur up to three days after the cancellation date. Since you canceled your subscription on 1/6/2026, it is possible that the charges you are seeing are related to usage incurred before that cancellation.

If you are unable to view billing details and invoices due to account permission limits, it may be necessary to contact someone with the appropriate permissions to review the charges or to create a support request in the Azure portal for further assistance.

Additionally, if you have any specific questions or need to clarify the charges, it would be beneficial to reach out to Azure support directly for a detailed explanation and resolution.
