I just upgraded to M365 on my personal computer and can no longer use my Zoom account to set up a meeting. The Zoom account is with an outside party (my college). I was able to do this before I upgraded to M365

It seems that you are experiencing issues with integrating Zoom into your Microsoft 365 Outlook after upgrading. To resolve this, ensure that the third-party online meeting add-in for Zoom is properly installed in your Outlook. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Add-in Installation: An Exchange Online administrator needs to install the Zoom add-in for Outlook. If you are using a personal account, you may need to contact your college's IT department to ensure the add-in is installed for your account.
    2. Using the Add-in: Once the add-in is installed, you should see a button for Zoom in the event creation screen in Outlook. This button will allow you to create a Zoom meeting directly from Outlook.
    3. Sign In: Make sure you are signed into your Zoom account within the add-in. If the add-in is not connecting to your calendar, it might be due to a sign-in issue or permissions that need to be granted.

If you continue to have issues, consider reaching out to Zoom support for further assistance, as they can provide specific help for their integration with Outlook.
