I have Microsoft 365 basic subscription. But unable to access this subscription I’m my iPad. Pl assist

    Hello,

    Microsoft 365 Basic is a plan that doesn't include office apps, it only gives you 100GB of OneDrive storage. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-basic/cfq7ttc0ktxs

    Im sorry about that… iPad won’t see the sub till it drops the stale auth‑blob. sign out of all Office apps, hard‑reboot, then sign in w/ the acct holding the plan… it shows up once the service forces a fresh token pull.
