Artifact Signing – Organization Identity Validation in “In Progress” for More Than 10 Days

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

We are currently using Azure Trusted Signing (Artifact Signing) for our organization.

Our organization identity validation remains in “In Progress” status.

We submitted the requested additional documents, and it has now been 10 days since our last document submission, but the status has not changed.

Could you please help confirm:

Whether the validation is still being processed

If any additional information is required from our side

An estimated timeline for completion

This delay is impacting our production signing workflow, so we would appreciate any assistance in expediting the review.
