Unable to log in to microsoft authenticator after i deleted the app

i’ve been locked out of my college account in the authenticator app because i deleted it and i’ve entered a constant loop of not being able to log in to my account anywhere. It’s not this email that’s having that problem but my college one but i couldn’t log in to that account to make this question. i would need urgent help to get back in, how would i be able to do that?
