How to update my Phone Number when I am not receiving texts

I am trying to start a service ticket but my account does not show a phone number. When I try to add a phone number so someone can call me back it say it is texting me to verify at XXX-XXX-2411. This appears to be my number but I never get a text. How do i reach some to get this loop of insanity corrected so i can get a ticket submitted for my actual problem? Thanks - Ty Columbia MO
