how to unblock the azure tenant. couldn't sign azure portal

Hello,

My Azure / Microsoft Entra ID tenant has been blocked due to inactivity (AADSTS5000225).

I received an email stating that I need to make a purchase before March 6, 2026 to continue using my billing account. However, I cannot sign in to Azure to do this because the tenant is blocked.

I have tried all support links, including https://aka.ms/azurecase, but none of them allow me to submit a support ticket or reach a human agent.

I also tried calling Microsoft Support, but the phone system redirects me back to online support, so I cannot contact a live representative.

Please advise how my tenant can be reactivated, or assist with reactivating it manually, as I currently cannot access the portal or create a support request myself.
