I have these 2FA login methods blocked. My phone died and i am trying to recover access to my account. By luck i was able to login in the PC through a Yubikey i had setup. Just now i understand how bad you support is and how hard it is to contact an agent when all the online methods fail to help me. I am going nuts in circles in your suport pages. I cannot get SMS, i cannot remove old authenticator method for my new phone because you decided to block these actions. I am logged in in my PC and i should have been able to recover everything from here, but NO.

Can a god in microsoft descend from to earth to provide me help?

If you're locked out of your account due to issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app and SMS verification, and you have access to your account through a PC, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you mentioned that you are having difficulty reaching support, try calling the Microsoft support hotline directly. You may need to explain your situation clearly, especially that you are locked out of your account and need assistance with resetting your 2FA methods.
    2. Use the YubiKey: Since you have access through a YubiKey, ensure that you can use it for any necessary authentication processes. If you can access your account settings, look for options related to security or 2FA management.
    3. Create a New Trial Tenant: If you cannot resolve the issue through support, consider setting up a new trial tenant. This will allow you to submit a support request to Microsoft regarding your locked account. Make sure to provide all necessary details about your locked account when raising the ticket.
    4. Prepare for Verification: Be ready to verify your identity and administrative rights for the locked tenant. This may involve answering security questions or providing account details.
    5. Patience and Persistence: The resolution process may take time, so be patient and persistent in following up with Microsoft support.

These steps should help you regain access to your account or at least get in touch with someone who can assist you further.
