How do I contact someone at Azure about Artifact signing stuck in "In Progress"

Is there a way to ping someone to deal with a stuck Artifact Signing / Identity verification review?

Mine has been stuck for over a week, and the other messages here all have a invalid AI response that I've already checked long before I posted here. And some of the answers are out of date and actually don't apply, the control panel will show, in addition to the email, when there is something it needs from me.
