I have 2 accounts / 2 emails, I want to merge the accounts to simplify the subscriptions and have all files visible and controlled by one account

I have only on one of them the subscription, can we move the subscription to another account?

Hello,

Unfortunately Microsoft doesn't support account merging.

However, if I understand this a bit better, I can help you come up with an alternative solution to consolidate.

Are these two both personal accounts, or is it one personal and one business?

Do they both have subscriptions, or only one of them carries subscription?

One account has the subscription but the other account is what I want as the primary. How do I make the account with the subscription as the secondary account and the email as my primary on that account? it won't let me change the primary because it says that the primary email already has an account

How can I fix this so that I use the email i want as the primary and then the other is my secondary and only have one account?

To merge two Microsoft accounts, you can follow the process outlined for merging profiles in Microsoft Learn. Here are the key steps:

Add Login Account: Sign into the primary account and go to account management to add the secondary account as a login account.
