Hey can someone help me please. I’ve called customer service. I’ve went through the steps on the website to manage a subscription. I’ve tried to submit my situation on here and it keeps being deleted.

I see that you marked my reply as an Accepted Answer.

Does that mean that your issue has been fixed?

Sometimes, the spam filter gets a bit too aggressive and deletes messages for no good reason. However, the current thread is still available.

Could you elaborate a bit on what you need help with?

For example, are you trying to cancel a subscription, or renew it, or what is it that you are trying to do?

I wasn’t aware that’s what that meant, my apologies for the confusion. But I actually have figured it out as I’ve been typing out my issue to you.

I had a separate account with my email and I just needed to try different ways to eventually sign into it and then found the account with the subscription attached to it, hit manage plan and turned off recurring billing.

You tried to submit my annual renewal subscription for Microsoft word 365 in the amount of $142.99. This has been paid in the past by my Discover card with no problems. Capital On recently acquired Discover. When you tried to renew the subscription yesterday, they declined it because they were concerned about fraud activity. I notified them this morning and told them that it was not fraud and to go ahead and pay it. Please try to submit this again for payment and they should pay it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
