I lost my main account of many years to a Kazakh hacker via Authenticator

I saw something for a Microsoft Entra ID on my Authenticator app, and just accepted it for what it was.

Unbeknownst to me, that was the key to me losing my main account, which is ******@outlook.com (which, as seen here, is shown to no longer exist) When I checked for unusual activity, the hacker was from Astana, Kazakhstan (holw topical, as I had been looking for Barys Astana's logo earlier in the day). I made multiple attempts to get my account back using the recovery form because of times when I needed to sign in, only for this to happen.

At some point, this is what the hacker changed my email address to, with no way of verifying the identity.

Is there any way I can get ******@outlook.com back, or is that account lost forever? This sadly also happens to be what my subscriptions are tied to.
