I cannot install the snow agent software.

Hello everyone, my server is running Windows Server 2025 Standard 24h2 with all updates installed. I'm having trouble installing the 64-bit .msi program called Snow Agent. It gets stuck on the "Please wait while Windows configures Snow Inventory Agent for Windows" screen and doesn't install. I've contacted the Snow Agent developers, and they haven't been able to resolve the issue. Maybe the problem is with Windows.
