Can't access terminated outlook email to login Microsoft Authenticator

Hi,
Yesterday before I factory reset my phone, I enter Microsoft Authenticator and hit backup, not realizing my account was the account I terminated months before. Backup successfully, I setup my phone then login to Authenticator. This time I unable to restore and realize the email was terminated. I can no longer access my OTPs.
By the way, I did "Create feedback" > "Having trouble" in MS Authenticator but no response from customer service yet.
