Denied authenticator requests not showing in account activity

I am getting frequent Microsoft Authenticator signin requests. I keep denying them. None of the denied requests are showing in the signin activity page (https://account.live.com/Activity). I would really like to see the IP and other information about these requests.

From what I can tell, this information is supposed to be showing up. This seems like a big security problem and actually a bug. Everything online points to this data having been in here previously, but is now missing. It's been longer than two days.. also, I'm not the only person who has reported this.
