To the Support Management Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing delay with my Artifact Signing identity validation, which has been stuck "In Progress" for over 20 days.

This delay is significantly impacting my production timeline, and my attempts to resolve this through official channels have been met with a circular and ineffective process:

Paid Support Barriers: I was forced to pay $30 for technical support for a non-technical, administrative validation issue.

Redirection Loop: Despite paying, I am unable to open a ticket and am being redirected to Microsoft Q&A.

Lack of Human Oversight: The only responses I’ve received on Q&A are automated AI replies directing me back to the support portal I just came from.

This experience has been unacceptable for a paid service. I need this validation cleared immediately, or at the very least, a direct line to a human agent who can provide a status update.

If your Artifact Signing identity validation has been in progress for over 20 days, it is recommended to follow these steps:

    1. Check Email Verification: Ensure that you have not missed an email verification link that was sent to your primary email address. This link expires after seven days. If you missed it, you will need to create a new identity validation request.
    2. Contact Support: If the validation is still in progress and you have not received any updates, you can contact Microsoft support through Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A using the tag artifact-signing. Note that creating additional identity validation requests for the same entity does not help and cannot expedite the process.
    3. Documentation: If you have provided all necessary documentation and still face issues, it may be advisable to delete your Artifact Signing account to avoid being billed for unused resources.
    4. Human Oversight: Unfortunately, if you are encountering automated responses, it may be necessary to persistently reach out until you can connect with a human agent who can assist with your specific case.

If you continue to face challenges, consider escalating the issue through the appropriate support channels to ensure it receives the necessary attention.
