I am not getting Authentication codes on my new Iphone and I dont have backup or recovery code.

I am using a website that requires MFA, so I used Microsoft Authenticator to login. Later I needed to change my phone to a newer version and I didn't know that I needed to get backup or recovery code in Authenticator App.

Now that I want to access to the website I am not getting the Authentication code on my new phone, please help me get the Authentication codes to my new phone so I could access to my personal data, its very important to me.

I have been trying for a week to speak with a person to solve my problem, I have called so many times, did the Live chat twice, did the FEEDBACK option through Authenticator app twice but still the issue is unresolved, everyone is referring me to a new department or support features, I am even tired of explaining from beginning. I don't know why contacting the right department is so difficult and why there is not an easy option inside the application so we could solve the problem by googling or watching an instruction video.
