When will Microsoft resolve the issue of not accepting Philippine (+63) numbers?

I already have a Philippine number already registered, but I want to add another number for flexibility in case I didn't bring the phone with the registered number and need to access/approve/sign-in, whatever, to my Microsoft account, but Microsoft says it doesn't support +63 numbers now.

When will they resolve this issue?

Edit: Let us assume I already have a number from a country that Microsoft DOES accept. However, roaming is not a practical option in the long term (months, at least), which is why I need to register a number from this country instead.
